Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation has placed on record instructions dated 01.12.2025 and, on that basis, submits that an amount of ₹11,24,046/- has been ordered to be released in favour of the petitioner on 01.12.2025 towards the petitioner’s DCRG dues. Learned counsel further submits that the leave encashment and the interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits are yet to be released to the petitioner, and the same shall also be released within three weeks from today. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. In view of above, the present contempt proceedings are closed. The respondents to abide by the above assurance for releasing the leave encashment and interest component to the petitioner within three weeks i.e. by 23.12.2025.
