The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 269 of 2025 & 531 of 2024 arising out of Parsudih P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and under Section 25(1-B)(a) and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. 3. On 12.08.2024, at about 06:00 P.M., son of the informant namely Loknath Thakur @ Pukki is alleged to have been assaulted by the petitioner and co- accused persons, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. It was further submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. It was finally submitted that similarly situated several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand in connection with 269 of 2025 & 531 of 2024 arising out of Parsudih P.S.
