Case No. 358 of 2019, pending in the Court of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Jajpur. 3. The petitioner was granted bail on 16.11.2020. However, he did not appear before the Court below on 16.07.2024 which led to issuance of NBW against him. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction from his client undertakes that his client would be appearing before the Court below on or before 15.07.2025 and seeks appropriate remedy available to him under law. 5. Taking into consideration the above facts and submission at the Bar, the order dated 16.07.2024 passed by the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Jajpur in C.T. Sessions No. 48 of 2020 arising out of Kuakhia P.S. Case No. 358 of 2019 is set aside, subject to the petitioner appearing/surrendering before the Court below on or before 15.07.2025 and paying cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the Advocate’s Welfare Fund, High Court Bar Association, Cuttack. 6.
