Case No. 122 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 64 and 351 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Palamau. 3. On 12.07.2025, while the informant was returning home, she was taken to Kudra hill where she was raped by the petitioner. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the entry made in paragraph-22 of the case diary. From which, it appears that a local person, who was present at place of occurrence, had stated that no occurrence, as alleged, has been taken place. Attention has been further drawn towards paragraph-62 of the case diary and from which, it appears that from the call details of mobile of the petitioner, he was not found at the place of occurrence. It was also submitted that the victim had taken money from the petitioner and when money was demanded, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 5. Mr. Deepak Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Palamau, in connection with Chainpur P.S.
