Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent/Police. Perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has filed a suit in OS No.33 of 2024 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Parvathipuram against respondents 5 and 6 seeking an injunction not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property. Trial Court granted an ad-interim injunction in IA No.107/2024 in OS No.33/2024 on 21.02.2024. Learned counsel would submit that Petitioner gave a police complaint to the Police to provide police aid against the respondents 5 and 6 but till date, police did not take any action on that complaint. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that since the subject matter pertains to civil in nature, respondent Police could not provide police protection to the Petitioner. 5. Considering the submissions, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to work out her remedy before appropriate forum having jurisdiction according to law. 6.
