By way of this revision, the applicant has prayed for following relief:- “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 be pleased to allow the revision and set-aside the award dated 26.07.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Janjgir, District-Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) in M.Cr.C. No. 215/2023, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since permanent alimony has already been awarded to the non-applicant, therefore the present case has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the present criminal revision is dismissed as having become infructuous. 5.
