The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.396 of 2024, arising out of Lesliganj P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1331 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 370, 376, 323 of the I.P.C., but charge has been framed under Sections 376(2)(n) of the I.P.C., pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Age of the victim has been assessed to be about 18 years. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau, in connection with S.T.
