By way of the present modification application, learned counsel for the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 27.03.2026 passed by this Court, by which applicant was granted bail, to the extent that that the alleged recovered contraband is above the commercial quantity. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that on 18.07.2025, alleged contraband weighing 663 grams of charas was recovered from the possession of the applicant and on the next date, on the pointing out of the applicant, 958 grams of charas was shown to be recovered and as such, the weight of both the alleged recovered contraband comes to 1.621 grams, which is commercial quantity. 6. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record. 7. Accordingly, the Modification Application is allowed. 8. The order dated 27.03.2026 is hereby modified to the extent that the quantity of the contraband seized is to be treated as ‘commercial quantity’ in place of ‘below commercial quantity’. 9.
