KASA JAGANMOHAN REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 30.12.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(AT).No.248 of 2022. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri E.Venkatarao, learned counsel representing Sri S.Satyanarayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents have already filed W.A.No.240 of 2024 before the Division Bench of this Court, aggrieved by the order of this Court dated 30.12.2022 in W.P.(AT).No.248 of 2022, and the same was allowed on 2 15.03.2024, remitting the matter back to the learned single Judge for consideration and disposal afresh after affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties. Learned counsel further submits that as the matter was remitted back to the learned Single Judge for fresh consideration, nothing survives in the present contempt case and the same may be closed. 3. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
