1. Heard Mr. Ankur Diwan and Vikhyat Arora, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Shailendra Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the respondent/ State.
2. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :-
“1. That, this Hon'ble Court may be kindly pleased to call for the entire records for its kind perusal.
2. It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the impugned FIR No. 265/2024 registered vide dated 16.06.2024 for offence u/s 420 CrPC registered at PS Mungeli, District Mungeli, CG against the petitioner & also quashing of the chargesheet & further criminal proceedings pursuant to FIR No. 265/2024 in Criminal Case No. 86/2025 pending against the petitioner & also quash the order dated 31.05.2024 passed by the Ld Judicial Magistrate, Class I, Mungeli, in the interest of justice.
3. Any, other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit & proper may also be granted, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges have been framed against the present petitioner by the trial Court and the case is fixed for recording of evidence of the prosecution witness.
4. From perusal of the prayer made in the present petition, it appears that the charge framing order has not been challenged, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition with such a vague and sketchy prayer to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
3 permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh with proper prayer and documents.
5. Learned State counsel has no objection.
6. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed, subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 2,000/- as cost in the Registry of this Court. The said amount shall be transmitted to the Government School for Visually and Hearing Impaired, Kanker, District Kanker, C.G.
