The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 10.9.2024 passed by this Court in Matters Under Article 227 No. 9946 of 2024. The pleadings in the affidavit and the records annexed with the affidavit do not show any willful disobedience of any order passed by this Court so as to institute proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The mere recital in the order passed by this Court that there is no interim protection in favour of anybody would not amount to a command or a direction to the competent authority or any Tribunal to register proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
