At the time of hearing, Mr. Basu, learned senior advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners has filed a copy of the minutes of the meeting dated 21.08.2026 along with a copy of the forwarding letter dated 27.08.2026. It is submitted by Mr. Basu that in terms of the minutes of the meeting between the writ petitioners and the respondent nos.2 to 6, the respondent nos.2 to 6 have decided to withdraw notice, which is under challenge in the instant writ petition. It is, thus, submitted by Mr. Basu that in view of the consensus as arrived at by the parties in the meeting dated 21.08.2026, the writ petitioners are no longer willing to proceed with the instant writ petition. 3. In view of the submission made at the bar, WPA 13945 of 2025 is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4. With the dismissal of the instant writ petition, all pending interlocutory applications, if there be any, stand hereby disposed of. 5. Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. 6. There shall, however, no order as to costs. 7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
