Non-applicants have no objection, if in case the present application is allowed and the name of deceased respondent No.2 is ordered to be deleted. From a perusal of the application, it is evident that respondent No.2 has died and right to sue survives in the legal heir, who already exist on record. In view thereof, name of deceased respondent No.2 is ordered to be deleted from the array of parties, subject to all just exceptions. Amended memo of parties be filed on or before the next date of hearing. Application stands disposed of OMP(M) No.247 of 2024 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non-applicants. Operation and execution of the judgment and decree dated 20.01.2024, passed by the learned District Judge, Bilaspur, HP, in Arb. Case No.73 of 2019, are ordered to be stayed, subject to deposit of the entire awarded amount along with upto date interest accrued thereupon within four weeks from today.
