This petition is filed seeking a direction against the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 20.08.2022. The petitioner was holding CL-2 and CL-9 licencses. Petitioner claims that licenses having been expired, he has made an application for renewal of the license. The representation seeking renewal of aforementioned licenses are not yet considered. 3. Learned Government Advocate submits that in case such an application is maintainable in law, same will be considered in accordance with law.
