This petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is filed seeking modification of the order dated 10.07.2025 passed in MCRC No. 5396/2025 mentioning that due to typographical error in the first paragraph of the impugned order Crime Number is wrongly mentioned as 428/2023 and the Police Station as Torwa, District Bilaspur, whereas the correct Crime Number is 67/2023 and the Police Station is Gatapara District Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the error crept in the first paragraph of the impugned order be corrected appropriately. 3. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the parties, and also considering the record of the bail application attached along with this case, paragraph 1 of the impugned order requires correction. 5. Accordingly, petition is allowed and it is directed that in paragraph 1 of the impugned order dated 10.07.2025 passed in MCRC No. 5396/2025 the Crime Number be read as “67/2023” in place of Crime No. 428/2023 and the Police Station be read as “Gatapara, District Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan- Gandai” in place of Torwa District Bilaspur. 6.
