Director (Admn.), Medical, Health And Family Welfare Services, Government Of Rajasthan, Jaipur. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : None For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 06/01/2025 The instant matter pertains to the year 2018 and is filed assailing the advertisement dated 24.08.2017, that has invited applications for the post of Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (in short A.N.M) for the session 2017-2018. The primary contention of the petitioner was that the respondents have failed to grant six months exemption to the service candidates and whether the same will apply to the departmental service candidates. When the matter was called today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Considering the fact that the instant petition is filed way back in the year 2018, assailing a selection process of 2017-18; that much water has flown thereafter; that no sincere efforts are made by the petitioner to contest the instant matter, the instant petition [2025:RJ-JP:666] (3 of 3) [CW-26570/2018] is dismissed in default. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of. (SAMEER JAIN),J ANIL SHARMA /103
