WMP No. 10631 of 2024 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS DATED: 01-04-2025 CORAM THE HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE S. M. SUBRAMANIAM AND THE HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE K.RAJASEKAR WMP No. 10631 of 2024 IN WP NO. 10723 OF 2019 1.V.Balu 2.Vijayalakshmi Petitioner(s) Vs 1.Thiruganam 2.The District Collector, Cuddalore District. Respondent(s) Prayer: Miscellaneous Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 21.12.2023 passed in W.P.No.10723 of 2019 and reopen the above writ petition. For Petitioner(s): Mr.S.Saravanakumar 1 of 3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WMP No. 10631 of 2024 ORDER (Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) This miscellaneous petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 21.12.2023 passed in W.P.No.10723 of 2019 and reopen the writ petition. 2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would mainly contend that certain facts were not brought to the notice of this Court during adjudication of the writ petition. 3. However, this Court do not find such reason as acceptable, since in the final order, this Court made a finding that "though a counsel has entered appearance on their behalf, none appeared before the Court". 4. In view of the said findings, the present miscellaneous petition to reopen the writ petition is not entertainable and the same stands dismissed. (S.M.SUBRAMANIAM J.)
