Mr. Rahul Thakur, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner seeks enforcement of Bodh Raj Vs. HRTC & Ors.2 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record a copy of instructions dated 01.12.2025 and on that basis submitted that Death-cum-Gratuity Retirement admissible to the petitioner has been released in his favour, however, leave encashment and interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits remains to be released to the petitioner and the same shall also be released within three weeks from today. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWP No. 2766/2025 decided on 02.04.2025 4. In view of above, this petition to stand disposed of. The respondents to abide by the above assurance for releasing the leave encashment and interest component to the petitioner on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits within three weeks i.e. by 23.12.2025. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law for the redressal of his surviving grievance, at an appropriate stage, in case, necessity so arises in future.
