The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ of Mandamus against or any such orders against the official Respondents are not protecting the petitioner based on his Police Complaint dt.21/11/2024 against the Unofficial Respondents till the Regulars Presiding Officer the Honble PrI Junior Civil Judge Punganur will attending the Court in O.S.No. 377/2024 and the In charge officer working in Chittor court is not allowing the Miscellaneous matters in the pending suit The Official Respondents are not protecting the petitioner from life treat warned by the unofficial Respondents which is unjust unfair illegal against the fundamental rights under Art 14 16 21 and Art 226 of Constitution of india Consequently the Honble High Court may be pleased 1) To Direct the Official Respondents to conduct the Enquiry and produce the report before the Honble High court 2) To Direct the Official Respondents to give Police protection to the Petitioner based on the Injunction Order Granted in 1.A.No 461/2024 in O.S.No 377/2024 which is pending before the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court Punganuru Junior Division”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a fresh complaint was submitted to the police two days ago, and prays that a direction be issued to the police to take an appropriate decision on the petitioner’s representation.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that they have not received the complaint as mentioned in the petition and the petition may be disposed of giving direction to take a fresh compliant which is alleged to have been given by the petitioner two days back.

5. In that view, the police are directed to look into the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate decision, in accordance with law.
6. As seen from the record, the petitioner herein filed a civil suit seeking a permanent injunction and obtained an ad-interim injunction. It is represented that, due to the unavailability of the presiding officer of the concerned Court, and the in-charge officer not taking up the matter for consideration though there is urgency.
7. Considering the submissions made, the presiding officer of the Court where the civil suit is pending, or in his absence, the in-charge officer, is requested to look into the urgency pleaded by the petitioner and attend to the matter in accordance with law.
8. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
