Sri Y.Balaji, learned Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings submitted the written instructions of the Executive Engineer, R&B Division, Narsaraopeta and would submit that a net amount of Rs.1,94,55,105/- was paid to the petitioner on 30.03.2025. In view of the same, since the amount was paid to the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is Closed. No costs.
