By way of filing this petition, a challenge has been led the impugned order dated 16.10.2018, by which recognition of the petitioner-School was suspended for two academic sessions i.e. 2018-19 and 2019-20. 2. Perusal of the record indicates that this Court while issuing notices to the respondents, stayed the effect and operation of the aforesaid order and that order is still in currency and thereafter, the petitioner has continued to run its (2 of 2) [CW-26450/2018] School in the subsequent years, hence, under these circumstances, the order dated 04.12.2018 is made absolute. 3.
