Ms. Menka Raj Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner seeks applicability of State of H.P and others versus Laxmi Chand, LPA No. 579/2012 a/w connected matters, decided on 23.03.2023. It is, however, seen from the record that the petitioner has not preferred any representation for the redressal of his grievance raised in the writ petition. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 4. Confronted with above, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would prefer a representation within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is so made, the same shall be decided by the competent authority in accordance with law as well as taking into consideration the above judgment within a period of four weeks thereafter. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
