Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. 2. Heard the parties 3. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Chas (M) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 221, 132, 324(2), 121(1), 121(2), 125(a), 125(b), 351(2), 352, 111(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Ms. Tabinda Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro. 4. On 05.09.2025, at about 10:05 A.M., the informant came to know that group of two persons variously armed were trying to take possession of the land appertaining to Khata No. 09, Plot No. 2992 at village Kalapathar. The police party reached to the place of occurrence. The accused persons attacked the police parties, causing injury. 5. It was submitted that there is general allegation against the accused persons. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Tabinda Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro in connection with Chas (M) P.S.
