Appeal No. 345 of 2023 was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 14.08.2025 with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of Title Partition Suit No. 07/2011 within two months from the date of said order. Later, a request has been received from the court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.)-II, Jamshedpur, seeking an extension of time of four months to dispose of Title Partition Suit No. 07/2011, which was completed in December, 2025. It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner that the trial is at its fag end and posted for final argument. Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial and dispose of Title Partition Suit No. 07/2011 within one month from the date of this order.
