The Court made the following: ORDER: The civil revision petition is filed Seeking to disposal of the I.A.No.117 of 2023 in O.S.No.127 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Junior civil judge, Kadapa. The revision petitioner herein is the petitioner/plainti ff and the respondents herein are defendants in the original suit. 1. The plaintiff filed the suit seeking for declaration of title and interest, along with a permanent injunction. Additionally, the plaintiff filed I.A. No. 117 of 2023 on 13.02.2023, seeking a temporary injunction against the defendants. However, despite the filing of I.A. No. 117 of 2023 in the year 2. 2 2023, it has been continuously adjourned and posted for a hearing for various reasons. Even after a lapse of two years, the said petition remains undisposed, prompting for the filing of the present civil revision petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the meantime, the respondents filed I.A. No. 405 of 2023, seeking the appointment of an Advocate Commissioner in I.A. No. 117 of 2023 in O.S.No.127 of 2023. Both applications have been tagged together and posted for hearing, but despite four adjournments, no orders have been passed on either petition. Hence, the petitioner seeks a direction for the expeditious disposal of I.A. No. 117 of 2023. 3. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for both parties and on perusal of the material on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present civil revision petition can be disposed of by directing the court below to take appropriate action, as I.A. No. 117 of 2023 and I.A. No. 405 of 2023 have been pending for a considerable period and have already been posted for hearing multiple times, it is appropriate that the court below to consider and dispose of these applications expeditiously. Accordingly, the court below is directed to dispose of I.A. No. 117 of 2023 and I.A. No. 405 of 2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. 3 5.
