The Petitioner No.1 is the wife of the respondent No.1. The Petitioner No.2 is major daughter of the respondent No.1. At the time of filing the petition, Petitioner No.2 was minor. The Criminal Revision Case was filed against the order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Guntur, for non-granting maintenance to the petitioner 2 Dr. YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.529 of 2009 Dated 24.03.2025 No.1, but maintenance for petitioner No.2 was granted. The petitioner Nos.1 and 2 submits that they intend to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. 2. Sri Saranu Phani Teja, learned counsel representing Sri K. Vasudeva Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the matrimonial tie in between the Petitioner No.1 and the respondent No.1 was severed through a judicial separation granted by the Court of Competent Jurisdiction. The petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 had submitted a letter to the learned counsel for the petitioners requesting to withdraw the revision case. To that effect, the Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 have endorsed on the petition also. 3. In view of the fact that the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are intended to withdraw the revision case. The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _________________________ DR. Y.
