The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 339/2025 arising out of Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 57/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1514/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 307 & 120B of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.- IV, Hazaribag. 3. On 08.02.2023 at about 6:00 P.M., unknown person fired at car of the informant. However, nobody sustained any injury. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
