The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda (Town) P.S. Case No. 164 of 2025 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 22, 25, 27(A) & 29 of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda. 3. On 17.08.2025 at about 12:30 noon, Godda Town Police apprehended co-accused and on search, 69 grams of brown sugar were recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was neither apprehended at spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that co-accused Milan Kumar has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 9536/2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda in connection with Godda (Town) P.S.
