Case No. 182/2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 145/2024, for the offences registered under Section 64(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi. 3. On 22.09.2024, the petitioner is alleged to have raped 15 years old daughter of the informant. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, due to previous enmity. It was further submitted that the petitioner belongs to particular religion and the local villagers wanted him to leave the locality. 5.
