Case No. 116 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 15, 22, 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner- cum-Special Judge, (N.D.P.S.) Ranchi. 3. On 27.12.2024, at about 09:00 P.M., Khelari Police, on the basis on confidential information intercepted a white colour Dzire car bearing Registration No. JH01FD 1548 from a place near Nirmal Mahto Chowk, Khelari. On search, about 148.800 kilograms of cannabis were recovered from the said vehicle. The petitioner is alleged to be the driver of the said vehicle. 4. It was submitted that charge has been framed in this case, but prosecution has not examined any witness. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 6. The learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
