HCP.No.476 of 2025 PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the detention order No.35/BCDFGISSSV/2025 on 25.02.2025 against the petitioner's brother Tamilselvan, S/o.Selvanathan, aged 42 years, the detenue herein now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai to produce and physically bring the body of the detenue before this Court and set aside the detention order and set him at liberty.

HCP.No.476 of 2025 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the convict prisoner had passed away pending the petition, the prayer in the present Habeas Corpus Petition does not deserve
