The State is in process of filing an appeal against the Judgment of the Sessions Court. It is submitted that in view of the disposal of the trial itself, the present petition may be disposed of reserving the liberty to the State to raise, as a ground of challenge to the order dated 21.03.2022 challenged in this petition. 21st January, 2025 AND 2025:BHC-GOA:83 CRMA 89 of 2022 2. The present petition is dismissed reserving the right in granting leave to the Applicant to raise, as a ground of challenge the correctness of decision dated 21.03.2022 passed by the Sessions Court, if it is so permissible at law.
