GANGA RAM AND OTHERS Versus HRTC AND OTHERS CMP-26172 of 2025 in Ex. Petition-1390 of 2024 02.12.2025 Present: Mr. Mandeep Chandel, Advocate, for the applicants/petitioners. Mr. Raman Jamalta, Advocate, for non-applicants/ respondents. While placing on record communications dated 06.11.2025, issued under the signature of Financial Advisor & C.A.O., Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla, Mr. Raman Jamalta, learned counsel representing the respondents, states that respondents, after having considered the case of the petitioners in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, have found them entitled for grant of dearness relief/interim relief and arrears, if any, on account of aforesaid compliance have been agreed to be paid/released in installments. Though having carefully perused communications, which are taken on record, this Court finds merit in the contention of learned counsel representing the respondents, but this Court is of the view that arrears, if any, on account of dearness relief/interim relief shall be released in one installment. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingy, the same are closed. However, respondents are directed to ensure that arrears, if any, on account of dearness relief/interim relief shall be paid expeditiously, preferably within two months from today, failing which petitioners would be at liberty to get the present proceedings revived, so that appropriate action, in accordance with law, is taken towards implementation of the judgment/order, sought to be executed in the instant proceedings.
