Considering the submissions made and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is ordered accordingly. ______ VN, J I.A.No.2 of 2025 (On being mentioned) This application is filed to rectify the mistake that took place in the order, dated 16.09.2025 passed by this Court in the Writ Petition. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Court had observed without awaiting permission of the Government in the operative portion of the order passed in W.P.No.1576 of 2024, dated 29.08.2025 and had dictated in the open Court stating without awaiting permission of the Government, but the same is not reflected in the order. 2 Taking note of the submission and the fact that similar orders were passed by this Court in W.P.No.1576 of 2024, dated 29.08.2025, wherein the words “without awaiting for the permission of the Government” were mentioned, this Court is inclined to add the said words in the end of Paragraph No.5(i) of the order also. Accordingly, this application is ordered. The Registry is directed make necessary corrections and issue revised copy of the order at the earliest. ______ VN, J IS
