------ CORAM: - HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH

--- 02/04.11.2025
Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.04 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act and cognizance has been taken under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Lohardaga. It was submitted that 250 kgs. of cannabis were recovered from the possession of co-accused persons. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. Learned ASGI has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Lohardaga, in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.04 of 2025.
