The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gawan P.S. Case No. 116 of 2019, for the offences registered under Sections 414, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of Sri Akshay Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 13.11.2019, at about 08:00 P.M., Gawan Police, on the basis of confidential information intercepted a pick-up van and on search, 49 cartoons of beer/liquor were recovered from the said vehicle. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the seized vehicle. It was further submitted that the driver of the vehicle without the consent and knowledge of the petitioner was transporting the seized beer. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2025 and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Akshay Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Gawan P.S.
