The Court:- Supplementary affidavit filed in Court today is taken on record. This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated September 27, 2024 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. The mother and father of the testator pre-deceased him as would be evident from the supplementary affidavit filed in Court today is taken on record. The testator is survived by two legal heirs being the wife and daughter. The daughter is the executrix appointed in the Will and the applicant. The wife has consented to the grant of filing affidavit of consent. The Will has been proved in common form by all the attesting witnesses. Having regard to the above and since the file has been placed before this Court by the Registrar Insolvency for grant, upon complete scrutiny by
2 the Department, therefore, considering the view of the Department, this application for grant of probate is allowed by passing orders in terms of prayer (a) of the application. PLA/261/2025 stands disposed of.
