The learned counsel appearing to the respondent submits that against the very same impugned order, the wife had filed WP.No.14474/2024 and this court has set aside the matter and remanded the matter to the trial court and the husband is also contesting the said matter. When once the order that is passed by the trial court is set aside, there is no question of granting liberty.
