Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:50173-DB Court No. - 42 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 6458 of 2025 Petitioner :- Vikrant And 3 Others Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashok Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the respondents. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 29.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.380 of 2024, under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 89 of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. - Jalaun, District- Jalaun. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that during the course of investigation, complicity of the petitioner Nos.1 & 2 has been found and accordingly, the charge-sheet against them had been forwarded to the competent Court and so far as the petitioner Nos.3 & 4 are concerned, no complicity has been found against them and accordingly, they were exonerated. 4. Confronted with above situation, learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly conceded the fact that he does not want to press the instant petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. However, leave may be accorded to the petitioners to press relief before the appropriate forum. 4. Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents is having no objection to the same. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty as prayed for. Order Date :- 8.4.2025 Sachin (Prashant Kumar,J.) (Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J.)
