Case No. 96/2024, registered for offence under Sections 126, 115(2), 109, 352, 351(3), 303(2) & 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Amit Kumar assaulted with iron rod on the head of informant, whereas this petitioner assaulted on her (informant) head by means of lathi.
