The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pathargama P.S. Case No. 124 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. On 21.07.2025, husband of the informant was murdered by unknown persons near Madiaya Grill Shop. 4. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner has confessed his guilt. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that apart from confession of the petitioner, there is no other material against him. 6. Mr. Someshwar Roy, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Pathargama P.S.
