The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khalari P.S. Case No. 46 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 308(2) & 308(4) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of Sri Gautam Gobinda, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class-XXXII, Ranchi. 3. On 25.06.2025, informant received extortion call from one Manoj Jee from the mobile phone bearing No. 8623937592. 4. It was submitted that the mobile phone which was used in demanding extortion does not belong to the petitioner. It was further submitted that no money was given to the accused persons. It was also submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co- accused. It was finally submitted that co-accused Mukesh Ganjhu has been granted bail earlier by this Court vide B.A. No. 9848/2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Gautam Gobinda, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class-XXXII, Ranchi or his successor in connection with Khalari P.S.
