Sahai, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Sanjay Kumar Om for Respondents-2 to 4. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, fairly submits that with regard to issue of quantum of gratuity, petitioner may be permitted to file a representation before concerned respondent with specific averment how the calculation is wrong. So far as other prayer is concerned, i.e., with regard to pension etc., learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that there is an order in his favour passed by a Division Bench of this Court at Lucknow Bench and he may be permitted to place his case on basis of said order before respondents. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents submits that in case any such representation is filed, the same will be considered strictly in accordance with law. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, taking note of above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
