Heard, learned counsel for the parties. 1. The instant Writ Petition has been filed to consider representation dated 20.03.2023 (Annexure-3) made before the Deputy Commissioner, Garhwa (Respondent No.2) for the payment of outstanding amount of Rs.2,43,725/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Forty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Five) against the invoice dated 06.09.2017. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuant to the Supply order issued vide Letter No.262/ Nazarat, Collectorate, Garhwa dated 04.08.2017 by the Respondent No.2, articles were supplied against which payment of Rs.21,93,523/- has already been made, whereas payment has not been made for a sum of Rs.2,43,725/-. Representation in this regard was submitted by the petitioner before the Deputy Commissioner, Garhwa, but the same has not been disposed of. 3. Learned AC to AG for the State has submitted that the documents regarding supply order has not been enclosed. 4. Having considered the submissions of both the sides, Respondent No.2 [the Deputy Commissioner, Garhwa] is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on different dates for payment of the balance amount arising out of the work order vide Letter No.262/ Nazarat, Collectorate, Garhwa dated 04.08.2017 within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
