This is an application for modification of the order dated 19.06.2025 passed in WPS-5256 of 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that petitioner had filed the afore said writ petition challenging her transfer under the Rationalization Instructions, which has been decided by this Court vide order dated 19.06.2025. Due to typographical error, there is mistake in the array of Digitally signed by V PADMAVATHI Date: 2025.07.28 10:41:14 +0530 Mcc 743 of 2025 2 Cause-title, as the designation, School Name, and District name have been wrongly shown, which needs to be corrected. 3. On perusal of order dated 19.06.2025, above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be genuine, and the said order requires modification. 4. Cause-title of WPS-5256 of 2025 in the order dated 19.06.2025 be deleted, and the same be read as under: “Smt Monika Patel, w/o Yogesh Patel, aged about 42 years, Presently working as Lecturer (LB) at Government Higher Secondary School, Pacheda, Block Arang, District-Raipur (CG)” 5. With aforesaid modification in Cause-title of WPS-5256 of 2025 in the order dated 19.06.2025, present MCC is allowed. 6.
