Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by Sri V.Uday Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri Satyavathi Dittakavi, learned counsel for the petitioner that A1 in the present case filed Criminal Petition No.6430 of 2021, seeking to quash the proceedings against him and, this Court allowed the said petition and quashed the proceedings in CC No.2421 of 2021 against A1, vide order dated 01.08.2023. He further submits that since the petitioner herein is also similarly situated, the proceedings against him are liable to be quashed. 3 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor also conceded that the subject matter of this Criminal Petition is squarely covered by the orders passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.6430 of 2021, dated 01.08.2023. 4. In view of the same, following the order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.6430 of 2021, dated 01.08.2023 and for the reasons mentioned therein, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in CC No.2421 of 2021 on the file of the learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, are hereby quashed in respect of the petitioner herein/A3.
