Mr. K Guna Sekhar, learned counsel on behalf of M/s. Indus Law Firm, present. Mr. Risabh Saxena, learned counsel, appeared through online. 2. Perused the docket proceedings. 3. On 08.05.2025, time was granted to the petitioner for taking steps to amend the cause-title and the matter was directed to be listed on 03.07.2025. 4. A request was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to grant time to comply with the orders dated 08.05.2025 and the Court by an order dated 03.07.2025 directed the matter to be listed on 14.08.2025. 5. At the request made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, further time was granted to take steps in terms of the order dated 08.05.2025 finally, vide order dated 14.08.2025. 6. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Ms. R Soumya, learned counsel, states that despite the best efforts of the learned counsel on record, no instructions are forthcoming from the petitioner. Be that as it may. 7. Despite granting adequate time, the petitioner failed to comply with the orders dated 08.05.2025. In view of the same, for non-compliance of the said order, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. 8. Interim order granted on the earlier occasion stands dissolved. No costs.
