W.P.A.18996 of 2024
Hari Prakash Gupta Versus The State of West Bengal & Ors.
Mr. Uttam Kr. Bhattacharyya Mr. Kaustav Mishra. …for the petitioner.
Mr. Ansar Mondal Ms. Srilekha Bhattacharyya. …for the State-respondents.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Jena. …for the respondent no.6.
Exception filed on behalf of the writ petitioner to the report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Shibpur Police Station be kept with the report. I have considered the report and also heard Mr. Jena, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.6. Having considered the subject matter of the writ petition, I direct the police authorities that they would keep a strict vigil so that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place at the locale as the petitioner and the private respondent no.6 are in a strained relationship. So far as the other issues are concerned, the appropriate authorities and/or jurisdictional court would deal with the same.
2 With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18996 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copy of this
