Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the judgment in issue has been complied only in part. He informs that, whereas, the services of the petitioners stand regularized and arrears have also been paid to a few of the petitioners, however, some of the petitioners have not yet been paid the arrears. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General informs the Court that needful has been done at the end of the Department and necessary bills have been sent to the Treasury. 2 3. In light of the statement, these proceedings are closed with the observation that let the Department to ensure that arrears are paid to all the petitioners within a period of two months from today.
