Heard Mr. Akash Kumar Kundu, counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. 2 Shashank Thakur, learned Dy. Advocate General, appearing for the Respondent/State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: "It is respectfully submitted that Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the criminal case no. 12698/2021 (State of C.G. vs. Laxmikant Thakur) pending in the CJM Durg in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the charge sheet has been filed and charges have been framed on 29.07.2024 in the matter and trial is in progress, he has challenged the order framing charge before the learned revisional Court and the revision against the charge has been dismissed in the month of January, 2025 as such he want to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to take recourse to law to challenge the order framing charge. 4. The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, that the charges have been framed in the matter, the present CRMP stand dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to take recourse to law to challenge the order framing charge, if so advised.
